Preliminary on-site survey
Request our free preliminary on-site survey!
The on-site survey is free and without obligation: in Budapest and its immediate surroundings we assess the volume in person, elsewhere by video call. After the survey we give you a written quote; the óradíj or fixed price stated in it does not change at the end of the job.
Why is it free? For us it is very important to maximise our capacity based on logistics, and for you it is essential to avoid surprises on moving day. Too few or too many trucks is bad for both of us. Since our work means we are out and about in the city all day, it is relatively easy for us to visit you – and now you can even request the preliminary survey via video call!
Does the preliminary survey involve any commitment? Our answer: no!
After the survey we give you a reliable quote, on the basis of which you can decide.
Where do we carry out in-person surveys? We carry out free in-person on-site surveys in Budapest and its immediate surroundings. Everywhere else, in the countryside and abroad, we carry out the survey by video call.
Our on-site survey is also available via video call!
Every move is unique: a different from and to, different quantities and loading conditions, and, not least, individual requirements that we must take into account when recommending the right logistics solution for you. That is why we recommend that you take advantage of our free preliminary survey.
Thanks to today’s technology, we can now give a reliable quote based on a video call as well. Scheduling is much simpler, you have to wait less for our colleague, and based on what we see and discuss we can safely estimate the required vehicle category and the ideal number of movers, taking into account the quantity, the parking conditions and any special challenges.
We can hold the video call on several channels: Skype, Facebook Messenger, Viber and WhatsApp. You will find our contact IDs on our Contact page. If needed, we help you set up the video call by phone. Please book a time for the video call. The survey and all arrangements can also be done in English.
